Matt is a Senior Consultant at Q5 with experience across healthcare, life sciences, and government, supporting strategic and organisational transformation in Saudi Arabia, the wider Middle East, and the UK.
Before joining Q5, he spent more than seven years in the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries, advising on strategic medical affairs and market access for product launches.
His work includes supporting national health systems on large-scale healthcare transformation and infrastructure programmes, as well as delivering end-to-end organisation design and implementation work in life sciences research settings. He is known for helping senior leaders tackle complex strategic and organisational challenges through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Matt holds a first-class degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and completed his PhD at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge, UK.
