Having lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for over a decade, Scott has partnered with government, semi-government, and private-sector organisations to deliver practical, people-centred transformation. His experience spans sectors critical to the Kingdom’s priorities, including health, public services, education, energy, and workforce development, supporting leaders to move confidently from strategy into execution.
Scott is particularly focused on building local capability. His work emphasises the development of Saudi talent, the embedding of effective governance, and the transfer of knowledge as a core outcome of every engagement.
