Firas Al-Turki joined Q5 Partners as a Senior Consultant, bringing a blend of management consulting, public-sector delivery, and entrepreneurial experience. Since joining the firm, he has supported clients across complex transformation agendas, helping leadership teams translate strategic priorities into executable programmes, operating-model decisions, and measurable outcomes.
He holds an MBA (Healthcare) with Distinction from University College London, where he strengthened his capabilities in strategy, finance, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on how institutions modernise delivery and build sustainable performance over time. As part of his MBA, Firas completed a consulting placement with Unilever UK, supporting the evaluation of growth opportunities and the development of business cases through structured analysis and market insight.
Prior to joining Q5, Firas gained hands-on experience working with the Ministry of Defense, contributing to initiatives requiring high standards of rigour, confidentiality, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. He has also worked within the startup ecosystem as a founder, developing a strong builder mindset and a practical appreciation for customer needs, iteration, and execution under constraint.
This combination enables Firas to bring analytical depth alongside pragmatic judgement, supporting clients to move confidently from strategy through to delivery in complex operating environments.
