Context:Mrsool has had exceptional growth in recent years, but was at a stage where it needed to clarify strategic plans and how they impacted governance, compliance and the business operating model to sustain growth and meet the demands of new stakeholders and a new delivery environment
Challenge:Mrsool wanted to spend some time reflecting on their vision as well as crystalizing priorities for the next 12 – 18 months to manage a complex set of stakeholders, conflicting priorities, and ‘new’ activities required of the organization
Task: Mrsool were looking for a facilitation partner to test, challenge and refine their thinking. They were looking to develop a vision and roadmap for the next 18 months to enable growth – including setting budgets, identifying quick wins and prioritizing longer term change objectives.
