Samir is a people-focused consultant with 6-years’ experience in the industry, working across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
He recently completed a 7-month engagement in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, supporting a global professional services firm to design and implement a talent and workforce strategy. He worked alongside the client to formalise resourcing plans, build core workforce planning, onboarding, and pipeline processes, and helped to strengthen the organisation’s approach to attracting junior talent.
At Q5 and throughout his broader consulting career, Samir has helped organisations improve performance through organisation design, operating model development, culture change, and large-scale transformation. Earlier in his career, he operated within the innovation space, leading clients through design thinking approaches to tackle complex enterprise challenges and develop practical, user-centred solutions.
Samir is also committed to fostering inclusive workplaces. He is Co-Chair of Q5’s Neurodiversity and Disability pillar, where he works with colleagues to raise awareness and support those affected.
