About Q5

Our story

Q5 was founded to help organizations work better – clearer decisions, stronger structures, and teams that deliver. While many firms talked strategy or technology, few focused on how to turn ambition into performance. That’s the gap we set out to close

We deliberately positioned ourselves between strategy and execution. Our work sits in the real world – where leaders need clarity, capability, and results

And that is how Q5 began: a consultancy built to strengthen how organizations think, operate, and deliver. We brought that mission to Saudi Arabia in 2017, supporting organizations that are transforming at pace under Vision 2030

Two sides of the same coin

In Saudi Arabia, the speed of transformation is extraordinary. To deliver on Vision 2030, organizations must be designed for clarity and built for capability. For us, design and development are inseparable – structure sets the direction, capability drives the results

The Q5 Foundation

The Q5 Foundation has been a cornerstone of our commitment to social responsibility since its inception in 2010. Through our four pillars of pro bono activity, we use our skills and expertise to support the local communities in which we work and deliver a positive impact for society

Our efforts are supported by Q5ers volunteering their own time alongside our commercial work

Net Zero at Q5

At Q5, we recognize the pace at which organizations, industries and nations are moving to reduce their environmental impact. We see this not only as a global challenge, but as a chance to build stronger, more resilient organizations for the future

For that reason, we have committed to becoming a Net Zero company by 2035

Our approach is straightforward:

1. Reduce what we emit through better decisions, better data and better operations

2. Remove or offset the emissions that remain

This year, we are mapping our footprint in detail, identifying where reductions can be made, and engaging our teams globally – including here in Saudi Arabia – on the most effective and responsible ways to offset what is left

By the end of this financial year, we will have taken the first concrete steps on our Net Zero journey – with a clear plan, clear accountability, and clear action
