Jen Gramolt is a Partner at Q5 and leads the firm’s global Infrastructure practice. She brings deep experience supporting large-scale transformation across infrastructure, energy, and public-sector systems, helping leaders translate strategic priorities into sustained delivery.
Before joining Q5 in 2015, Jen held senior transformation roles at EDF, delivering programmes across digital, performance improvement, and organisational change. Her earlier career focused on strategy and policy delivery for government and NGOs.
Jen specialises in organisation development and change, working with executive teams to establish the governance, structures, and behaviours required to deliver practical, sustainable outcomes. Her regional client experience includes Saudi Aramco, Mubadala, Sanad, Malaffi, and Serco.
