Georgiana is a Senior Consultant at Q5, specialising in organisation design and large-scale transformation programmes across Saudi Arabia, the wider Middle East, and the UK. She has worked across healthcare, professional services, retail, and media, helping clients deliver both organisation-wide and system-level change.
In Saudi Arabia, she supported Health Holding Company (HHC) on a national healthcare transformation programme as part of the central strategy team. Her work included leading a strategic portfolio of initiatives valued at over £50 million and designing a strategic communications programme to cascade priorities to more than 300,000 employees across the Kingdom, in close partnership with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Ministry of Health ecosystem.
She has also contributed to major UK transformation programmes, including the New Hospitals Programme for NHS England, bringing a practical, delivery-focused approach that helps leaders navigate complexity, achieve measurable outcomes, and embed sustainable change.
