Adam Lewis is an experienced consultant and trusted advisor specialising in large-scale business and system transformation across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East.
In 2025, he led a major strategy activation programme for the Kingdom’s future health provider, establishing and operating a Strategy Management Office (SMO) accountable for delivering a SAR 800m portfolio. His role focused on translating strategy into executable priorities, delivery governance, and measurable outcomes. In parallel, he supported the development of the future blueprint for Accountable Care Organisations, working with a multi-disciplinary, cross-government group to define new operating, governance, and delivery requirements.
Adam brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational logic, with deep experience across operating model transformation, organisation design, and the full strategy development and execution lifecycle. He is committed to being a practical, outcomes-focused partner, helping clients address complex challenges and deliver under pressure.
A confident and effective communicator, Adam has extensive experience working with C-suite and Ministerial stakeholders across multinational organisations and government systems. He has more than a decade of global experience and previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and IBM. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.
