He specialises in strategy and transformation, supporting organisations to define why change is required, how it should be delivered, and what must improve, sequenced and prioritised to enable sustainable, system-level impact. His work focuses on moving from ambition to execution, ensuring strategies translate into practical operating outcomes.
Abdul Rahman has led and contributed to national transformation programmes aligned with Saudi Arabia’s economic and sectoral reform agenda, including initiatives across financial services, infrastructure, real estate, energy, and sports. He has also supported private-sector organisations on organisational effectiveness and operating-model improvement—ranging from diagnostic assessment and data, driven analysis through to the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose solutions that deliver measurable results on the ground.
