In Saudi Arabia, he has led projects with a leading healthcare organisation to optimise its change request process, improving both how requests were raised and how they were addressed. He also worked with the organisation’s technical subsidiary to strengthen the terms of its service level agreement, helping to clarify KPIs, reduce response times, and improve coordination between clinical and technical teams.a
