Mohsen Alali is a consultant with experience supporting public-and private-sector organisations across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. His work focuses on government reform programmes, asset utilisation initiatives, and helping organisations translate strategic priorities into practical, implementable delivery.
He is currently supporting a client on the design of People and Culture policies and procedures, working closely with senior stakeholders to convert strategic intent into fit-for-purpose frameworks. His scope includes policy development, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and supporting governance structures that enable consistent and effective implementation.
At Q5 Partners, Abdulmohsen worked with Health Holding Company on the national Accountable Care Organisation (ACO) programme, supporting 11 health clusters across the Kingdom. His role focused on developing ACO-related frameworks and supporting materials, helping clusters interpret national requirements and translate them into practical, on-the-ground actions. He worked closely with HHC teams and cluster stakeholders to consolidate inputs, ensure consistency across deliverables, and support effective knowledge transfer.
Earlier in his career, Abdulmohsen worked as a financial analyst, advising SMEs on financial health, capital raising, and long-term strategy. Prior to joining Q5, he worked at Francis Maude Associates, where he supported a GCC Ministry of Finance and National Economy on economic sustainability initiatives and worked with the Central Bank on the utilisation of dormant assets.
Abdulmohsen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.
