Seba Altamimi joined Q5 Partners in April 2025 and is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting Human Resources operations across the firm. Her role focuses on enabling a consistent, compliant, and people-centred employee experience.
She is responsible for recruitment operations, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll administration, working closely with leadership and employees to ensure policies and processes are implemented effectively. Saba also leads employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a supportive, high-performing work environment aligned with organisational values.
Prior to joining Q5, Saba gained over two years of Human Resources experience in the healthcare sector, where she worked across multiple HR functions and developed a strong understanding of operational HR delivery within regulated environments.
Saba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Translation and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from King Saud University. She also holds professional certifications in Human Resources Modern Practices (HRM) and the Associate Professional in Human Resources – International (aPHRi).
She brings a strong focus on employee wellbeing, engagement, and operational excellence, supporting Q5’s commitment to building a positive, inclusive, and sustainable workplace in Saudi Arabia.
