Vik Sudera is a senior transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale change across complex government and healthcare systems. He specialises in strengthening strategy execution, governance, and delivery capability in high-stakes environments.
Most recently, Vik has been consulting with Q5 Partners Arabia in Riyadh, supporting Health Holding Company on Saudi Arabia’s national Accountable Care Organisation (ACO) transformation. His work has focused on programme readiness, governance effectiveness, and aligning national reform objectives with operational priorities across the healthcare system, working closely with both central teams and regional stakeholders.
Prior to joining Q5, Vik held senior leadership roles on major digital health programmes across the Middle East and the UK, with earlier career experience in Canada. Most recently, he served as Director of Quality Engineering at Abu Dhabi Health Data Services (Malaffi), supporting the scale-up of the region’s first Health Information Exchange. In this role, he worked closely with regulators, providers, and technology partners to strengthen compliance, performance, and system adoption at scale.
Vik has also contributed to large-scale health and public-sector transformation programmes in Qatar and the UK.
He is recognised for his pragmatic, delivery-led approach, strong governance mindset, and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across complex systems. Vik holds an MSc in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.
