Q5 Arabia is pleased to welcome Abdullah Alghamdi to the team as Head of Strategic Advisory and Growth, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to strengthening its capabilities in strategic advisory and organisational transformation in support of the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
Abdullah brings professional experience across management consulting, organisational development and design, business growth, and human capital transformation. Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations across the Saudi market to support transformation initiatives, enhance organisational effectiveness, and enable sustainable growth.
His experience also includes leading strategic initiatives to advance organisational excellence, aligning organisational capabilities with strategic priorities, and designing consulting solutions to help organisations navigate future challenges with agility and resilience.
Abdullah previously served as a Partner at The Professionals, leading over 100 consulting engagements, including more than 40 large-scale organizational transformation initiatives for government entities and leading organizations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He also held roles at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), contributing to talent strategy, workforce Transformation, and enterprise initiatives.
Abdullah holds an MSc in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Northumbria Unvirsity, a BSc in Business managment with a concentration in HR, a CIPD Level 5 Diploma, and is an accredited GC Index Assessor specializing in high-performing team development.
In his new role, Abdullah will lead and further develop Q5 Arabia’s strategic advisory and growth practice, working closely with clients and executive leadership teams to support strategic priorities, strengthen organisational effectiveness, and enable transformation and growth initiatives.
