The Wealth & Personal Banking business required enterprise-wide target operating model redesign to align with a new strategy. Operating across 25markets with 80,000+ FTE, the organisation needed to create a design focused on strengths and digitalisation at scale whilst becoming more lean.
Using Q5’s tested methodology, design principles were established and deep dives conducted in each ExCo area. Strong governance and LT alignment was established through a Design Authority that tested and validated the emerging Operating Model and ensured consistency.
